Vera Knight is the founder of Vera’s Vision, where she creates spaces that shake up your truth—in the best way. She works with women, especially estranged or self-estranged mothers and grandmothers, who are ready to stop running from themselves, heal what’s been running the show, and live a legacy they’re proud of.

Through her books, retreats, and somatic healing experiences—including Pages to Presence and Legacy in Motion—Vera brings the perfect mix of raw honesty, spiritual depth, and real-life tools—always with a side of humor—so women can find freedom from the inside out.

She loves teaching intuitive movement, getting lost in coastal towns, and cooking healthy comfort food. Her proudest milestone? Raising two incredible kids while walking her own wild, messy, and deeply healing path.
